Jewellery offered on my website is totally handcrafted. The technique I use makes the pieces more delicate than most industrially made jewellery. While I try to show all the details of my jewellery in the photographs but they depict only the face of my pieces. The reverse may include elements holding beads in a fixed position like those shown here.

Jewellery offered on izamalczyk.com is guaranteed of being without defect. If for some reason you want to send it back you can do so within 30 days from the date of receiving the parcel. The conditions of return are: sending jewellery that was not worn, placing it in the original box and enclosing the receipt or invoice. We do not accept COD returns. The money return is always done on your bank account/credit card.

If you have damaged your jewellery it can be repaired. The repairing fee depends on the extent of damage and is always fixed after a thorough examination of the damaged piece.
