There can be many interpretations of this pendant. The shape of the cross together with the color of the stone are associated with Christ's suffering. However, occultists believe purple stands for the highest Chakra - it represents the highest level of spirit's enlightnement. The domains od purple are intuition, searching and constant striving for perfection.
The pendant was made of oxidized sterling and fine silver and adorned with amethyst. It hangs from a rolo chain finished with a lobster clasp.
The pendant measures 6.5cm by 5cm (2.6'' by 2'')
The chain is 64cm (25.6'') ling with 8.5cm (3.4'') of additional chain.
