Ethnic Ring - a New Tutorial

From the moment when I presented the Poseidon's Eye Ring, many of you have asked me if I'm going to make a tutorial for this design. And here it is: 32 steps, 32 pictures and simple instructions - all you need to make this unique ring.

And here's a list of materials and tools necessary to make a ring in 7.5 US size (18mm in diameter):

•3 pieces - 30cm (12'') each - of 0.8mm (20 gauge) fine silver or dead soft sterling silver wire

•15cm (6'') of 0.6mm (23 gauge) wire (doesn't have to be silver, can be any other metal)

•1.5m (60'') of 0.4mm (26 gauge) fine silver or dead soft sterling silver wire, cut into two pieces: 1m (40'') and 0.5m (20'')

•1.5m (60'') of 0,25mm (30 gauge) dead soft sterling silver wire, cut into two equal pieces

•14 beads – rondelles measuring 2-3 by 3-4mm (I've used faceted rondelles of labradorite and crystal moonstone)

•flat-nose pliers

•wire cutters

•ring mandrel

•fine file

•optional – liver of sulfur

As you can see - no glue or solder are required to make this ring! It's all about wire-wrapping! And I'm sure the ring will make a great Christmas gift for those you love :)

You can pay for the tutorial via PayPal by sending 10USD to iza@izamalczyk.com address and pasting "tutorial 2" in the title of the transaction. The lesson in the PDF format will be sent to the e-mail address set in your PayPal profile usually within 24 hours from receiving the money (except from weekends and holidays when I'm out of my studio).

IMPORTANT: I always send tutorials on time. If you have not received yours, please check your spam folder - e-mails sent from my address are sometimes recognised as spam messages by some e-mail servers!
